He has covered elections, wars, natural disasters, and produced interviews with dozens of world leaders, including five American presidents. Oinounou was the executive producer of the CBS Evening News and launched the network's 24-hour streaming news channel.
He is also the founder of Mo News, a social-first news organization that breaks down headlines and provides non-partisan analysis on Instagram, along with a daily podcast and newsletter.
Since 2020, Oinounou has been covering global news for his community, including politics, business, international news, and pop culture.
