Morin Oluwole

Morin Oluwole is a luxury industry executive specializing in digital transformation, business development, and innovation. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Biologique Recherche, Rituals, Breitling, and Mobkoi.

Oluwole was an early employee at Meta, joining as employee number 150, and spent nearly 18 years with the company. Most recently, she held the position of Director and Global Head of Luxury for ten years, growing the business from $25 million in 2015 to $2 billion in 2024. Oluwole was formerly Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer, where she developed business strategies for global brand partners. In her prior roles, she led product marketing and public content partnerships for the fashion and luxury sectors. Previously, she led management consulting at Sachs Consulting in New York.

Oluwole was born and raised in Nigeria, speaks four languages—English, French, Spanish, and Yoruba—and has lived in the United States, United Kingdom, and Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from Stanford University in Human Biology and Sociology, as well as a Master of Arts in Business Management from Columbia University. She was a Bill Gates Millennium Scholar and received the Stanford Dean's Award for Academic Excellence, both for five consecutive years. She currently resides between Paris and Dubai.
