Morgan Shaw Parker

Morgan Shaw Parker serves as vice president and chief marketing officer for AMB Sports + Entertainment, overseeing all brand marketing, media group (brand communications, broadcast, digital and social media) and creative design functions for the Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. She is responsible for building and driving integrated strategies to support the brand, stadium and football team.

Shaw Parker has 25 years of experience and a proven track record in sport business and innovation across the NFL, NCAA, media, corporate brand and agency. Prior to joining AMBSE, Shaw Parker spent more than 10 years at NIKE, Inc. where she served as director within the brand's North America Communications function. In that role, Shaw Parker set the strategic and tactical communications direction for multiple Nike brand categories, including Football (NFL and NCAA) where she led the 2012 media launch for Nike's NFL partnership. She also held positions leading communications strategy for Men's Training, Women's Training, Running, Olympics, Nike Baseball (MLB), and affiliate brand communications for NIKE, Inc. (including Cole Haan, Hurley, Umbro and Converse), among others. Within these roles, her responsibilities included developing long-term integrated communications strategies across marketing, social/digital, product, design and retail.

Shaw Parker spent five seasons (1999-2004) with the Kansas City Chiefs as a manager of Public Relations, including Corporate Affairs and Community Relations. While on the Chiefs PR team, she served as an on-air feature reporter for the Chiefs Gameday Show with Metro Sports and was a member of the NFL's Super Bowl PR team for over a decade. In addition, she spent time with two sports marketing agencies working with national brands and clients including the NFL, MLB, NBA, USOC and NASCAR.

Throughout her career, Shaw Parker has been committed to advancing opportunities for girls and women in sports with her work with WINforKC, the Kansas City Sports Commission, Rising Media Stars and various other organizations. She was recently honored as a 2018 Gamechanger by the Sports Business Journal – and award given to women who are making an impact in sports business.

Shaw Parker holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a M.S. of Education in Sport Management from the University of Kansas. She and her husband, Jeffrey Parker, reside in Suwanee, GA with their two sons, Lincoln and Grayson.
