Morgan Beck

Morgan Beck is a former professional beach volleyball star and model who rose to prominence in the early 2010s. A standout star in high school, she continued her volleyball career at the University of California, Berkeley, playing both outside and middle hitter and helping lead the Cal Golden Bears to their first-ever NCAA Tournament semifinal appearance in 2007. She earned all-Pac-10 freshman and honorable mention honors during her college tenure.

After college, Beck transitioned to the professional ranks—competing on the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) Tour and representing the U.S. on the national beach volleyball team beginning in 2010. She is a past member of the U.S. National Team, the U.S. Women’s Junior National Team and the U.S. Girls Youth National Team. She also played beach volleyball and won a stop on the 2013 National Volleyball League tour and claimed silver at a 2012 NORCECA event.

In 2024, Beck returned to professional indoor volleyball, signing with League One Volleyball (LOVB) Pro and joining the inaugural season roster—her first major indoor stint in over a decade. Known for her height, versatility, and athleticism, she remains a respected figure in both volleyball and broader community activism.

Beck married Olympic ski icon Bode Miller in October 2012. After the tragic death of their 19 month-old in a drowning accident, the couple has been at the forefront of advocacy for water safety education.
