Monique Morrow

Monique Morrow is a global technology leader with over 25 years of experience driving innovation and business growth through emerging technologies. She currently serves as a Venture Partner at Sparklabs Cybersecurity & Blockchain Accelerator and as an Independent Director on the Hedera Hashgraph Board, where she focuses on advancing enterprise value in telecommunications.

Previously, as Senior Distinguished Architect at Syniverse Technologies, she led strategy and thought leadership across emerging technologies. Her expertise spans cybersecurity, privacy, mobile payments, extended reality ethics, and blockchain. She has held roles at AMD, Ascom Hasler, Swisscom, and Cisco, and is President and Co-Founder of the Swiss-based nonprofit Humanized Internet, focused on digital identity and ethical technology.

A recognized industry leader, Morrow chairs multiple IEEE standards initiatives on extended reality and the metaverse, and has contributed to efforts with the GSMA and World Economic Forum, including work on digital identity and decentralized systems. She holds over 17 patents, has co-authored several books, and is widely recognized for her impact, including honors from Forbes, Cybersecurity Ventures, and WomenTech Network.

Morrow holds advanced degrees in digital currency and blockchain, telecommunications, and business administration, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in cyberpsychology.
