Molly Jensen is the chief executive officer and founder of Afripods, a pan-African podcast hosting platform based in Nairobi, Kenya. The platform categorizes content in more than 50 languages and features podcasts from over 30 countries, including contributions from individual podcasters, radio stations, and media organizations. Afripods was the first podcasting platform to pay creators directly in Africa, eliminating the need for American or European bank accounts.

Jensen, a Ghanaian-American, brings a diverse professional background to her leadership at Afripods, with experience in people management, sales, marketing, and technology.
