Molly Crimmins is a dedicated Mental Performance Consultant with a specialized focus on athletic performance. She has garnered substantial knowledge and experience in the field, underpinned by her Master’s degree in Applied Sport Psychology from Adams State University. Crimmins has had the opportunity to lend her expertise to several prestigious sports teams, including the Los Angeles Sparks, University of Missouri Athletics, and the St. Louis Blues, contributing to their 2019 Stanley Cup Championship. She is currently the Vice President of Partnerships and Communications at Sequel Brands.
One of her noteworthy experiences was observing first-round NFL draft picks, such as Trevor Lawrence and Zach Wilson, during the 2021 NFL Combine prep. This experience not only offered her invaluable insights into the mental dynamics of high-stake sporting events but also cemented her role as a key contributor in the field of athletic performance. Aside from her direct involvement in sports, Crimmins has also been instrumental in developing educational resources in her field.
In collaboration with performance coach Ben Newman, she developed the "Athlete Decoded" playbook, a comprehensive guide designed to enhance athletic performance from a psychological perspective.
