Mitch Savoie Hill

Mitch Savoie Hill is a certified professional coach, international TEDx speaker, published author, and corporate trainer with more than three decades of leadership experience in the hospitality, real estate management, and construction industries. A first-generation Cuban American, Hill began her career as a singing waitress in New York City and advanced to senior roles, including director of food and beverage outlets for a five-star hotel in Beverly Hills and regional director of business development for a construction firm in Florida. She has worked in major markets such as Miami, New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles, developing expertise in managing diverse teams and fostering cooperation in high-pressure environments.

As CEO and founder of SavHill Consulting LLC, Hill provides inclusive leadership coaching, corporate training, and keynote speeches focused on engaging diverse clients and teams to drive productivity and organizational success. Her client portfolio includes organizations such as Miami HEAT, Society for Human Resources Management, Meeting Professionals International, and National Association of Women in Construction. Hill's academic background features training at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where she majored in drama and developed skills in professional presentation, as well as certificates in Ethical and Inclusive Leadership and Workplace DEI from University of South Florida.

Hill is the author of "VOLAR: How to Turn Roadblocks Into Runways to Success," a book that outlines her five-step formula for achieving personal and professional goals in the face of adversity.
