Mike Posner is a singer, rapper, songwriter, record producer, and poet whose career spans pop, electronic, folk, hip-hop, and R&B. His breakout single, "Cooler Than Me," climbed the Billboard Hot 100, reaching number six and earning septuple platinum certification. The track anchored his debut studio album, "31 Minutes to Takeoff," and established Posner as a distinctive voice in contemporary pop music. He began producing music from his dorm room while earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Duke University.
