Mike McCarthy's tenure in the National Football League (NFL) began with a notable stint as the head coach of the Green Bay Packers from 2006 to 2018. His mastery in leadership and strategy was manifest in the team's Super Bowl XLV victory in 2011, a pinnacle in his career that was further enhanced by an overall regular-season coaching record of 174–112–2.
