Mike Lawrence

Mike Lawrence is an Emmy-nominated, Writers Guild Award-winning stand-up comedian and television writer known for his self-deprecating and personal humor. Lawrence began his career at age 15, performing poetry at open mic nights before transitioning to comedy. He was named one of the New Faces at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival and performed with JFL in Chicago, Montreal, and Toronto.

Lawrence gained recognition in the stand-up comedy scene with appearances on "Conan" on TBS, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" on NBC, "Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell" on FX, and "John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show" on Comedy Central. He has released two Comedy Central half-hour specials and two albums through Comedy Central Records, including "Sadamantium." Lawrence has been a recurring guest on Comedy Central's "@midnight" and hosted the network's Snapchat series "You're Wrong."
