Mike Jaffe

Mike Jaffe is a nationally recognized speaker, leadership development expert, executive coach, and best-selling author whose life was significantly impacted by the events of September 11. Jaffe was working on the 96th floor of the World Trade Center's north tower at Marsh & McLennan when the attacks occurred. The day before, he decided to have breakfast with his family instead of commuting to New York City, a choice that ultimately saved his life.

Jaffe, a 9/11 survivor, uses his experience as a catalyst for self-discovery and personal transformation. He left a secure corporate position in Manhattan to become an entrepreneur, focusing on leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational change. His previous roles included business consulting, strategic planning, new product development, and client retention for major companies such as American Express, Marsh & McLennan, and JP Morgan Chase. Jaffe holds an MBA in management and marketing from New York University and a BBA in management and finance from SUNY Albany.

Jaffe is the founder of The Mike Jaffe Company, a global leadership development firm specializing in conscious communication, experiential learning, and transformational conversations. His programs have influenced business outcomes for organizations including BuzzFeed, Yahoo!, PepsiCo, Disney Interactive, GE Capital, GlaxoSmithKline, Pernod Ricard, NCR, and Marsh & McLennan, as well as a range of small businesses.
