Mike Gibbons Biography
Mike Gibbons is a multiple Emmy Award-winning comedy writer and producer. Gibbons was co-executive producer and head writer of "The Roast of Tom Brady" and "The Roast of Kevin Hart." He created and executive produced "The Great Indoors" on CBS, "Tosh.0" and "Sports Show with Norm MacDonald." He was head writer for Nikki Glaser at both of her Golden Globes. In 2015, Gibbons launched "The Late Late Show with James Corden," for which he won an Emmy Award. He also wrote and directed the "Carpool Karaokes." His other work includes "The Showbiz Show with David Spade," "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," "Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis," and "David Letterman" on Netflix.
Gibbons received his BA from Boston University and his MA from the New York University (NYU) School of Education. He teaches comedy writing at University of Southern California (USC).
