Michelle Enjoli Beato

Michelle Enjoli Beato is a bilingual keynote speaker, career development coach, and leadership mentor whose work focuses on human connection, personal branding, and professional growth. She developed a curriculum based on an entrepreneurial mindset that emphasizes networking, personal branding, self-esteem, and leadership—a framework refined over more than a decade in dynamic industries. Beato’s approach draws from over 15 years of experience in television production and digital marketing, providing a multi-dimensional perspective that resonates with audiences across sectors.

Beato studied journalism and aspired to become a national morning show producer. As a first-generation college student, she was told her goal would be difficult to achieve. However, her curiosity for people and stories, along with her drive, led to a series of conversations and opportunities that helped her secure her dream job before graduating college. She went on to develop content for global brands in television broadcasting and marketing, including Univision, Telemundo, ABC, NBC, CBS, Mercedes-Benz USA, and Delta Air Lines. Beato produced television segments for NBC, CBS, ABC, CW, Telemundo, and Univision affiliates nationwide, including national shows such as "The View" and "Fox and Friends."

In a pivotal career move, Beato founded an employee resource group called CONNECT at Mercedes-Benz USA, aimed at connecting a multigenerational and multicultural workforce to facilitate professional growth and development. This initiative became the foundation for her broader coaching and speaking enterprise. Her career spans television broadcasting, public relations, event management, digital marketing, mentoring, and public speaking, with a focus on professional development and human interest stories. Beato speaks to and coaches professionals at Fortune 500 companies and leading educational institutions.

Beato’s TEDx talk, "The Most Important Connection to Make for Success," is featured on TED.com. She was selected as one of twelve inaugural speakers for TEDx in Southampton, England, chosen from over 100 applicants and was one of only two Americans selected. Her speaking engagements include workshops at the Harvard Latina Empowerment and Development conference and for the Harvard Business School Women's Association in New York. Her work has been recognized and featured by Better Business Bureau, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Entrepreneur, Forbes, Glassdoor, and Rolling Stone, among other outlets.
