Michelle Crossan-Matos joined SharkNinja in 2025 as Chief Growth Officer. She leads the company’s global call centers, consumer experience, and creative organizations, while driving cross-functional growth into new markets, categories, and retail channels.
Prior to SharkNinja, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Ulta Beauty, overseeing eCommerce, loyalty, brand, customer insights, store design, and the award-winning retail media network UB Media. Known for her visionary leadership and purpose-driven approach, Crossan-Matos championed initiatives like The Joy Project to deepen consumer connection. She previously held senior leadership roles at Samsung Electronics America, including CMO and SVP of Corporate Strategy & Innovation, and earlier served as CMO of luxury phone brand Vertu. Crossan-Matos began her career in global brand roles at P&G.
Born in Glasgow, Crossan-Matos holds a degree from the University of Strathclyde and has completed executive programs at MIT and Harvard.
