Michele Meyer-Shipp

Michele Meyer-Shipp is board director of the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) and Board Chair at Fritz Pollard Alliance. Prior to these board positions, Meyer-Shipp was the president and chief executive officer of Dress for Success, a global nonprofit organization focused on supporting women through professional attire, career development, and mentorship programs. Meyer-Shipp leads the organization in expanding its reach and connecting women to essential resources and networks that foster economic independence and career advancement. Her strategic direction has established Dress for Success as a significant force in women's professional development and workplace equity.

Previously, Meyer-Shipp held senior executive positions in Major League Baseball, including senior vice president of diversity, inclusion, and community engagement for both MLB and the Miami Marlins.
