Martin has held leadership roles at organizations including Flex, JetBlue Airways, and Raymond James Financial, where she led people analytics initiatives and developed data-driven frameworks to understand the employee experience. She also served as head of talent experience at ServiceMaster, expanding her expertise in talent strategy and organizational development. While at JetBlue, Martin was a Workhuman customer, leading a team that established direct connections between employee recognition, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction. This experience informs her current work at Workhuman, where she helps clients measure the impact of recognition programs.

At Workhuman, Martin uses data and analytics to identify and address inclusion gaps in the employee experience, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Earlier in her career, she served on the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association diversity committee and led the group responsible for designing and administering the demographics and diversity best practices survey for the financial services industry.
