Mayce Galoni

Mayce Galoni is a Canadian stand-up comedian and writer known for his laid-back style and sharp writing. Originally from Canada, Galoni began performing stand-up at age 15, starting in local venues while still in school. Before pursuing comedy, he spent several years as a teen magician, which introduced him to stand-up comedy venues. Galoni later relocated to Los Angeles, where he continues to perform and write.

Galoni has performed at comedy clubs and festivals across North America. His appearances include Just for Laughs Montreal, Hulu, Netflix Is a Joke Fest, MTV, Kevin Hart's LOL Network, and a comedy special on DryBar. He has also been featured on Don't Tell Comedy's "Secret Sets," with several clips from this appearance reaching millions of views online. Additional festival appearances include the Winnipeg Comedy Festival and the Halifax Comedy Festival.

Galoni's television work includes helping to create and star in BiteTV's "PrankYou," as well as serving as a staff writer and correspondent on three seasons of CBC's "This Hour Has 22 Minutes." He is also a regular on CBC's "The Debaters" and has been featured in the fourth season of CBC Gem's "The New Wave of Standup."

Galoni's comedy album "Awkwarder" received a Juno Award nomination for Comedy Album of the Year at the Juno Awards. The album plays regularly on SiriusXM and also earned a nomination for Comedy Album of the Year at the Canadian Comedy Awards. He was a finalist in SiriusXM Canada's Top Comic competition and received three nominations at the Vancouver Comedy Awards for Best Comedy Album, Best Clean Joke, and Breakout Artist. Galoni has established a presence in both the Canadian and U.S. comedy scenes, with millions of online views and recognition for his work in stand-up comedy, television writing, and comedy albums.
