Matt Eberflus

Matt Eberflus has a rich history in the world of football, having held prominent roles in several major teams. His tenure with the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2021 was particularly notable, as he contributed significantly to the team's transformation from a 4-12 record in 2017 to a 10-6 playoff team in 2018. During his time as the Colts' defensive coordinator, the team saw marked improvements in both scoring and total defense, ranking 10th and 11th respectively in 2018. Part of this success can be attributed to the culture of hustle, discipline, and teamwork that Eberflus instilled in the team.

Before joining the Colts, Eberflus had already established a strong reputation as a defensive coach. His coaching career at the University of Missouri resulted in significant recognition, including being named the national defensive coordinator of the week twice in 2007 and being acknowledged as the eighth-best defensive coach in the nation by Rivals.com.
