Marlene Flowers, known by her nickname Granny Guns, is a bodybuilder, fitness model, social media influencer, and motivational speaker recognized for her contributions to the fitness and wellness industry. Flowers began her fitness journey at age 58, motivated by health concerns and a desire to overcome an eating disorder. After experiencing personal challenges, including two marriages and significant health setbacks that required surgery, she decided to pursue strength training and nutrition to improve her quality of life.
