Mark Morelli

Mark Morelli is the president and chief executive officer of Vontier Corporation, a global industrial technology company specializing in productivity, automation, and multi-energy solutions for the mobility ecosystem. Morelli has guided the company through growth and positioned it in the areas of clean energy and connected mobility. His leadership emphasizes operational excellence, innovation, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

With nearly two decades of executive experience prior to Vontier, Morelli has held roles including president and CEO of Columbus McKinnon Corporation, president and COO of Brooks Automation, and CEO of Energy Conversion Devices. He also held leadership positions at United Technologies, including president of Carrier Commercial Refrigeration. Morelli’s experience in leading industrial and technology companies through change has established him as a recognized figure in the sector. He serves on the board of directors for Xylem, a global water technology company, reflecting his involvement in the industrial technology industry.

A former U.S. Army officer and helicopter pilot, Morelli is a frequent speaker at industry events, including the Milken Institute Global Conference. He addresses topics such as the energy transition, clean mobility, and sustainable infrastructure, drawing on his expertise in industrial technology and mobility solutions. Morelli holds an MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
