Mark Goldstein, former national training director for Age Wave Communications, is an internationally recognized authority in the field of aging and its implications on the workforce and the marketplace. Those implications are far-reaching and affect nearly every category of business-product or service. One of Age Wave’s most highly sought after speakers, Mr. Goldstein has presented engaging, information-packed programs to 500,000 participants over the last 25 years. His diverse client base includes such successful companies as General Motors, Kemper Funds, John Hancock, and The Kroger Company; educational institutions such as McGill University; and numerous international trade associations including Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association (HSAMA), Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), and Grocery Products Manufacturers of Canada (GPMC).

As Executive Vice President of Dychtwald and Associates prior to the founding of Age Wave Communications, Mr. Goldstein developed and implemented many of Age Wave’s training programs. Today, he continues to be responsible for the training and development of communication skills among sales and customer service professionals as well as other speakers.

Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, where he studied health management in the workplace.
