A midnight epiphany in his ICU bed clarified his purpose, inspiring him to lose 80 lbs. in six months, transforming a miserable existence into a life of happiness and Emmy Award-winning success in TV, films, cartoons and IRL. DeCarlo's been happy ever since.

DeCarlo's professional training & development workshops share the insights on creativity, wellness and purpose he learned as the host of his hit Travel Channel TV series. He was on the road nine months a year, interacting with C-suite executives, chefs and entrepreneurs, some good, some awful, in 400+ cities all across America. DeCarlo analyzed each diverse enterprise and was amazed to realize, that regardless of the job, the obstacles were mostly the same: unproductive, burnt-out and unmotivated teams.
