He earned a series of increasingly responsible positions across the country as the company transformed itself into Woolco and was a senior Vice President at the time of the Wal-Mart takeover. When Pilozzii was tapped to be the leader of the team, it was their job to transform that limping chain into a Canadian juggernaught that now serves over 1,000,000 customers a day with 85,000 associates and some 320 stores across the country.
