Marianne Curan Biography
After graduating from the University of Maryland, Marianne Curan acted and wrote for Washington, D.C.'s political comedy troupe, Gross National Product, and created D.C.'s humorous Scandal Tours. In Hollywood, she wrote and performed with an improvisation troupe, garnered several movie roles and was hired by the Game Show Network in 1996. She later created and hosted three of her own game shows, co-hosted a talk show and was guest co-host on Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee. In 2002, Curan hosted HGTV's "Landscapers' Challenge." In addition, Curan is an accomplished celebrity impersonator known for impressions of Martha Stewart, Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton. Her impressions have landed her on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno numerous times. From August 2008 to November 2009, she co-hosted GSN Radio, a four-hour interactive internet game show on GSN.com with her husband, Bob Goen.
