Margarita Levieva is a Russian-American actress recognized for her dynamic performances across film and television. Born in Leningrad, Soviet Union (now St. Petersburg, Russia), she immigrated to the United States with her mother and twin brother at the age of 11, settling in Brooklyn, New York. A former competitive rhythmic gymnast, Levieva initially pursued a career in economics before studying acting at the William Esper Studio. She gained early attention with roles in films such as "The Invisible" and "Adventureland," later appearing in notable projects like David MacKenzie's "Spread," "The Lincoln Lawyer" opposite Matthew McConaughey, and the critically acclaimed David Simon HBO show "The Deuce." On television, she is known for her work in series including "Revenge," "Allegiance," and "In From the Cold," in which she played a former Russian spy pulled back into espionage. She can also be seen in "Star Wars: The Acolyte." Her upcoming projects include "Daredevil: Born Again" for Disney+, and Brad Ingelsby’s new series for HBO.
