Margarita Levieva

Margarita Levieva is a Russian-American actress known for her work in film, television, and theater. Beginning at age three, Levieva trained as a competitive rhythmic gymnast, winning competitions in Russia before continuing to compete in the United States after emigrating. In addition to working full-time as a fashion buyer, she graduated a year early from New York University with a double major in economics and psychology and minors in philosophy, sociology, and Russian history. Her interest in acting led her to the Meisner Training Program at the William Esper Studio.

Levieva's screen career began with guest appearances in television procedurals before she gained recognition for her role as Annie Newton in the supernatural thriller "The Invisible." She received the Gotham Independent Film Award for Best Ensemble Performance for "Adventureland." Around the same time, she starred in the play "The Retributionists" and made her Broadway debut in Impressionism.

Levieva held regular series roles in the ABC drama series "Revenge" and in the HBO series "The Deuce," playing Abby Parker in the latter. Her performance as Amanda Clarke on "Revenge" contributed to the show's blend of drama and intrigue. She further established her reputation with a recurring role on "The Blacklist" and notable contributions to independent cinema, including performances in "Sleeping with Other People," "James White," and "Inherit the Viper."

Levieva starred as Jenny Franklin in the Netflix series "In From the Cold." She has appeared in major entertainment franchises, including the Star Wars series "The Acolyte" as Mother Koril and the Marvel Cinematic Universe series "Daredevil: Born Again" as Heather Glenn. Levieva joined the cast of Apple TV Plus' Cape Fear adaptation in a major recurring role, a modern reimagining directed by Steven Soderbergh and executive produced by Martin Scorsese and Steven Spielberg, starring Javier Bardem. Her career spans independent film, prestige television, and major franchise productions, demonstrating depth and versatility in the entertainment industry.
