Marc Gregory is an Executive Presence & Visual Identity Specialist who helps leaders and organizations align who they are with how they show up.
Before this work, he spent over 15 years building and leading one of South Africa’s largest youth marketing agencies, working with global brands including Apple, Coca-Cola, and L’Oréal. While the business was externally successful, prolonged misalignment led to burnout and a pivotal health wake-up call, forcing a re-evaluation of leadership, identity, and purpose.
After leaving his agency, Gregory immersed himself in the study of purpose, executive identity, and why high-performing leaders often lose clarity as organizations scale. Photography, psychology, and art became the medium through which this work could be expressed.
Today, he creates Purpose Portraits, a strategic, purpose-led visual process that helps leaders and leadership teams articulate who they are, how they lead, and what they are building toward.
His work has won multiple awards and has been featured globally, including in The Huffington Post. Gregory works with executive teams and organizations to strengthen executive presence, alignment, and culture, enabling leaders to perform sustainably, without sacrificing themselves in the process.
