Mandy Ginsberg

Mandy Ginsberg is an American business executive recognized for her leadership in the online dating and technology industries. Ginsberg earned an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Early in her career, she served as vice president of consumer technology at Edelman Public Relations Worldwide and later as vice president of worldwide marketing at JDA Software. At Match.com, Ginsberg held the role of vice president and general manager for Chemistry.com, where she led the "Come as You Are" campaign.

Ginsberg spent 14 years at Match Group, holding executive roles including CEO of the Match brand, CEO of North American businesses, and ultimately chief executive officer of Match Group. She oversaw brands such as Tinder, Hinge, Match.com, OkCupid, and Plenty of Fish, and played a key role in taking the company public. Under her leadership, Match Group expanded its portfolio, invested significantly in marketing, and grew its valuation from $1 billion to over $20 billion. Ginsberg also managed international brands including Meetic in Europe and Pairs in Japan.

During her tenure, Ginsberg prioritized workplace equity, commissioning a company-wide audit to ensure equal pay and implementing systems for pay raises. Her leadership contributed to the mainstream acceptance of dating apps, with a significant increase in marriages originating from online platforms.

Before joining Match Group, Ginsberg served as CEO of The Princeton Review, where she expanded services to include online tutoring and college counseling. She has served on the boards of Uber, thredUP, and Flo Health, Inc., and is an operating partner at Advent International. Ginsberg is a keynote speaker on topics such as corporate strategy, innovation, technology, relationships, and strategic leadership, drawing on her experience in digital transformation and business growth.
