Mack Munro is a management consultant, author, and speaker focused on developing leaders at all levels within organizations. As founder and CEO of Boss Builders, Munro has collaborated with executive and management teams across a wide range of industries and company sizes. His work centers on building the next generation of effective bosses.

Munro’s expertise in management and leadership development is grounded in hands-on experience across multiple sectors. Earlier in his career, Munro served in the United States Navy as a dental technician. Before establishing his company, he developed training and professional development programs at U.T. Medical Group, Inc., Holy Cross Hospital, and the Contract Services Association of America. He has also taught as an adjunct professor of business and management at Vincennes University and Crichton College. This diverse background in healthcare, government contracting, and academia informs Munro’s practical approach to addressing the challenges faced by today’s managers.

Munro is the author of "How to Be a Great Boss," "BossTalk: What Every Boss Needs to Know About Giving a Great Presentation," "How to Win at Performance Management," and several other business books. His writing translates complex leadership concepts into actionable strategies for managers at all experience levels.

Munro has delivered management training to clients throughout the United States and internationally, including organizations such as Pratt & Whitney, UTC Research, Qualifacts, Premier Medical Group, Munters Corporation, COCC, CU Direct, numerous federal agencies, and all four branches of the United States military.

Munro holds a Master of Arts degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science degree in health care management from Southern Illinois University. He is a qualified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and has developed various personality and behavioral assessments and online tools.
