Lukas Flöer

Lukas Flöer is the founder and CEO of met[ads], a Düsseldorf-based adtech company specializing in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising with immersive 3D technology. Flöer began his career in the advertising industry at age 17, gaining early insight into the industry's focus on quantity over quality. After more than a decade in the field, he established met[ads] to introduce innovative 3D advertising solutions to the market.

Met[ads] is the only advertiser in Germany exclusively dedicated to 3D technologies for DOOH campaigns. Before founding met[ads], Flöer served as director of consulting at Screen On Demand, now part of Axel Springer, and worked as a guest lecturer in marketing. These roles enhanced his expertise in digital advertising and his ability to communicate complex marketing concepts.

Flöer has a particular interest in immersive marketing and spatial computing. With met[ads], he aimed to bring the kind of 3D advertising seen in Tokyo and Piccadilly Circus in London to the German market. Since its inception, met[ads] has delivered more than 200 campaigns for clients including Netflix, Red Bull, and L'Oréal. The company enables clients to deploy customized 3D advertising across TV, digital platforms, and large LED screens in urban environments.

Flöer was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in the Media & Marketing category, highlighting his influence in the adtech sector. He is the only German representative from the adtech industry to appear on this list. Flöer continues to focus on product development and the expansion of met[ads]' proprietary screens, as well as exploring new formats such as Fake-Out-of-Home and connected TV. His career path, from early entry into advertising to recognition as an entrepreneur in 3D DOOH innovation, positions him as a knowledgeable voice in creative, data-driven advertising and digital marketing.
