Luis J. Gomez

Luis J. Gomez is a New York City-based comedian, writer, podcaster, and producer known for his work in alternative comedy and the podcasting industry. Gomez is recognized for hosting the podcast "Legion of Skanks" alongside comedians Big Jay Oakerson and Dave Smith, a show that has developed a dedicated following within alternative comedy circles. As a stand-up comedian, Gomez has performed his distinctive, edgy comedy internationally.

Gomez's television credits span a variety of comedic formats and platforms. His appearances include NBC's "Last Comic Standing," Comedy Central's "Roast Battle," TruTV's "Comedy Knockout," two seasons of NBC Seeso's "What's Your F@%king Deal?!," and "The Jim Gaffigan Show." In addition to his television work, Gomez co-hosted "The Countdown" on Sirius XM's RUSH channel 93 with former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping. The show later evolved into the podcast "Believe You Me," which debuted at No. 1 on iTunes Sports.
