Luba Tolkachyov is the founder and managing partner of Greenpoint Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups across adtech, e-commerce, and consumer technology sectors. Through Greenpoint Ventures, she focuses on supporting emerging companies that are developing innovative solutions at the intersection of marketing, commerce, and digital technology, with an emphasis on scalable growth and market impact.

Tolkachyov is also the co-founder of Gravity - advertising agency, an award-winning cultural marketing agency specializing in connecting brands with diverse audiences through culturally informed strategy and storytelling. Under her leadership, Gravity became one of the fastest-growing cultural advertising agencies in the United States and was recognized as an Inc. 5000 - business ranking list company for three consecutive years.

Her work in entrepreneurship, technology, and marketing has earned industry recognition, including being named a special achievement honoree by the Webby Awards - internet excellence award and a finalist for Female Entrepreneur of the Year in the Business Services category of the Stevie Awards for Women in Business - entrepreneurship award.
