From waking up at 5 AM to scour flea markets to adapting her entrepreneurial spirit during the challenges of COVID-19, Arlene’s eye for hidden treasures shaped Lahav’s perspective on life and business.

Lahav’s career began with the legendary Tony Robbins Company in 1990, and since then, she’s shared the stage with icons like Barbara Walters, Gary Vaynerchuk, and many more.

She’s facilitated over 350 week long programs in Fiji, created Tony Robbins Crew Program, and coached Fortune 500 companies around the world on leadership, team-building, and company culture. Lahav has spent the last 30 years training leaders and creating real, lasting change.

When she’s not empowering women and rocking stages, Lahav’s heart is in philanthropy. From fitting 5,000 people in Vietnam with hearing aids to organizing school supplies for Las Vegas kids in need, her commitment to service knows no bounds. Her non-profit, Celebrate!, brings birthday joy to kids who wouldn’t otherwise get to celebrate. Lahav isn’t just a leader – she’s a woman on a mission to make the world a better place.

She is obsessed with helping women step into their power. Whether through her signature programs like "Lobella," "Own Your Worth," or "True Voice Intensive," she’s led thousands of women to rediscover their voice, own their value, and live a life beyond their wildest dreams.
