Liz Nead

Liz Nead is a keynote speaker, researcher, television host, and bestselling author whose work focuses on adventure, leadership, and diversity. Nead uses humor and direct communication to address leadership, inclusion, and conversations about race and culture in the workplace. As an adventure speaker, she travels internationally and takes on challenges to uncover lessons in leadership, communication, diversity, and inclusion. Through her company, Nead Inspiration, she has established a presence in the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) field.

With more than a decade of experience as a diversity speaker and researcher, Nead specializes in fostering dialogue around race and cultural differences in professional environments.
