Before launching Brunner Communications in 2013, Brunner was an Emmy Award-winning TV news anchor for ABC-TV’s WCVB NewsCenter 5 in Boston, where she co-anchored the #1-rated 6 PM newscast and covered major breaking news stories. She conducted exclusive interviews with world leaders and cultural icons— including Oprah Winfrey and President Barack Obama—earning her recognition as one of the nation’s top broadcast journalists.

A classically trained vocalist with a Bachelor of Music degree from the Lawrence University Conservatory of Music, Brunner has performed with the Boston Pops and at professional sporting events.
