Lisa Rosenberg is a leader in consumer communications, serving as global president, consumer brands at Allison Worldwide, where she is part of the agency's global leadership team. Rosenberg has built her career on the belief that brands must operate at the intersection of culture and commerce to maintain relevance and drive impact. With more than 30 years of experience developing campaigns for major consumer brands, she brings strategic depth, creative vision, and cultural fluency to client engagements.

Rosenberg's career includes leadership roles at Porter Novelli, where she served on the agency's global leadership committee, and at Havas PR as president of North America, overseeing operational and business leadership. At Allison, formerly Allison+Partners, she was named chief creative officer before being appointed president, consumer brands, a role created to unify the practice and drive growth across regions. Rosenberg has worked with global companies including Gillette, Procter & Gamble, M&M/Mars, Mercedes-Benz, Johnson & Johnson, British Airways, HP, and Ford. She managed brand campaigns for Gillette product launches such as "ProGlide," "Fusion," "Mach3," and "Venus," and led PepsiCo's first global tweetup.

At Allison, Rosenberg has overseen consumer campaigns including the "Rosé Berry" and "Braspberry" campaigns for Driscoll's, "Room 301" for Kimpton Hotels, and global PR strategy for Corona, including the "Corona Island" initiative. She led the launch of BGIQ, an AI-powered tool for measuring real-time cultural relevance of brands, and introduced "Cannescierge," a suite of services for brands at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Rosenberg's industry influence includes serving as a jury member at Cannes Lions, the Clio Awards, the SABRE Awards, the Silver Anvils, and the PRWeek Awards. PRWeek has recognized her as a "Champion of PR" and inducted her into its Hall of Femme. She has been named to PRovoke Media's Innovator 25 list multiple times.
