As founder and CEO of Black Sun Labs, she advises Fortune 500 executives, global brands, and influential creators on how to understand, navigate, and capitalize on cutting-edge technologies like blockchain, AI, and XR. With a passion for demystifying innovation, she is known for translating complex tech into clear, actionable insights—whether in the boardroom, the classroom, or on the global stage.

Previously, as Global Head of Technology and Innovation at AB InBev (Anheuser-Busch), McInerney led one of the first major brand activations in the metaverse, partnering with ZED RUN to launch Stella Artois into the virtual world. This groundbreaking campaign was a landmark moment in consumer goods marketing and solidified her reputation as a pioneer in the space.
