Lindsay Arnold

Lindsay Arnold is an American professional dancer, choreographer, and entrepreneur recognized for her achievements in competitive ballroom and Latin dance. Arnold earned accolades in her youth, including first place in the United States Open Youth Latin Championships, first place in the United States Open Junior Latin Championships, and a top-three finish at the World Junior Latin Team Match. Her formative training was guided by ballroom coach Shirley Ballas. Early competitive success provided the foundation for a career that progressed from regional dance studios to national television.

Specializing in Latin and ballroom dance styles, Arnold gained national recognition as a contestant on the ninth season of the reality competition series "So You Think You Can Dance." She was named one of the season's top 20 contestants, partnered with multiple dancers as the competition progressed, and finished within the top eight. This debut led to her role as a professional dancer on season 16 of "Dancing with the Stars," where she became the second-youngest pro dancer in the show's history at the time.

Arnold's tenure on "Dancing with the Stars" included a Mirrorball Trophy win in season 25 with celebrity partner Jordan Fisher. The pair set a record for the most perfect scores earned in a single season, with nine. Arnold also became the first professional to finish fourth, third, second, and first place in four consecutive seasons.

She became a certified personal trainer and founded The Movement Club, an on-demand fitness and wellness program.
