Leigh Bardugo Biography
Leigh Bardugo is a No. 1 New York Times bestselling author of fantasy novels and the creator of the Grishaverse, which is being adapted for Netflix. The Grishaverse includes the "Shadow and Bone" trilogy, the "Six of Crows" duology, "The Language of Thorns" and "King of Scars."
Her short fiction appears in several anthologies, including "The Best American Science Fiction and Fantasy." Bardugo is also the author of "Wonder Woman: Warbringer" and "Ninth House," the latter a Goodreads Choice Award winner for Best Fantasy in 2019 and currently in development for television by Amazon Studios.
Born in Jerusalem and raised in Southern California, Bardugo is a graduate of Yale University. She lives and writes in Los Angeles.
