Leanne Elliott Young is a technology founder, keynote speaker, and cultural strategist known for her work in digital fashion and the metaverse. As CEO and co-founder of the Institute of Digital Fashion and IoDF Platform, Elliott Young leads innovation at the intersection of culture, technology, and commerce. She has overseen multiple pioneering activations in digital fashion, connected products, and emerging commerce systems. The Institute of Digital Fashion was established to use technology to reshape ownership, access, and value creation in support of people, the planet, and the creator economy. Elliott Young has contributed to the advancement of a more inclusive, diverse, and sustainable fashion industry.

Elliott Young has developed strategic concepts that merge physical and digital experiences, with a focus on youth culture and future-facing retail innovation. She has held contracts with Nike's Global Entertainment team, working on experiential marketing, and with Selfridges, building retail innovation initiatives. At Nike, she directed global experiential marketing and strategy, including projects at Room 72. Elliott Young also co-founded CommuneEAST, an institute focused on live events, debates, and cultural partnerships with organizations such as The British Fashion Council, Condé Nast, Samsung, Dazed, Adidas, Nike, Kenzo, Frieze Art Fair, The Selfridges Group, and V&A Museum.

Through the Institute of Digital Fashion, Elliott Young has led industry-first metaverse activations and developed concepts that position the organization as a leader in digital fashion and Web3. IoDF Platform is an AI company focused on the post-purchase layer of commerce, exploring the evolution of Digital Product Passports into intelligent, revenue-generating systems. Elliott Young has collaborated with brands and technology companies including Meta, Snap, TikTok, Oakley, Calvin Klein, H&M, and Ganni. Her advocacy for the metaverse and Web3 extends to advising the UK government and Saudi Arabia on AI, Web3, and digital infrastructure.

Elliott Young has delivered keynote addresses at events such as Davos World Economic Forum, Snap Global Summit, Vogue Business Technology Forum, Copenhagen Global Fashion Summit, Citi Digital Money Symposium, and Next in Vogue Singapore.
