Laurence Fishburne

Laurence Fishburne has made a name for himself in the world of cinema, television, and theater. His acting prowess was recognized early on in his career when he bagged an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor for his role in "What's Love Got to Do with It" in 1993. His talent transcends mediums, proven by his multiple Emmy Awards for various television projects, along with a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play for "Two Trains Running." His broad range of roles includes the iconic Morpheus in "The Matrix" trilogy and the Bowery King in the "John Wick" film series.

In addition to his work in film, Fishburne's contributions to television are equally notable. He starred as Jack Crawford in the NBC thriller series "Hannibal" and as Earl "Pops" Johnson in the ABC sitcom "Black-ish."
