Lauren Weintraub

Lauren Weintraub is a Nashville-based country singer-songwriter known for her storytelling and genre-blending sound. Weintraub, originally from Boston, Massachusetts, moved to Nashville to join the music community and attended the Curb College of Entertainment at Belmont University. Her songwriting and artistry gained recognition within Nashville's music industry, including Music Row.

Weintraub won first place in The Recording Academy's Grammy U songwriting contest for her solo-written song "Careful Now." Her performance of "If You Were Gonna Leave Anyway" was featured in NPR's Tiny Desk contest series and received the "Top Shelf" designation from NPR's panel of judges. The Nashville Songwriters Association International named her "One To Watch," and she received honorable mention in their Song Contest co-sponsored by CMT. Weintraub began her professional songwriting career as the first signee to a joint venture between songwriter Brandy Clark and Big Machine Music.

Weintraub gained a large audience through social media, with her song "She's Mine" going viral on TikTok. The track led to airplay on SiriusXM and placements on Spotify playlists and Apple Music's "Soundcheck." With hundreds of thousands of monthly listeners on Spotify, Weintraub was named a HITS Magazine "One to Watch" and earned a nomination for "TikTok Songwriter of the Year" at the iHeartRadio Awards. Her singles, including "She's Mine," "Like a Boy," "Missing You," and "Not Like I'm in Love with You," showcase her blend of country and pop influences.

Weintraub's debut EP, "This Is Your Brain On Love," released via Virgin Music, features six tracks and includes a co-write with producer Nathan Chapman. The project has amassed millions of streams and highlights her lyricism and vocal style. She has also co-written "Everleave" with Alexandra Kay. Weintraub has performed with artists such as Chris Lane, Tenille Arts, Priscilla Block, and Niko Moon, and has appeared at venues including The Bitter End, The Cutting Room, Bluebird Café, and Gillette Stadium. With a growing streaming catalog and a reputation for confessional songwriting, Weintraub continues to build her presence in country music.
