Lauren Akins

Lauren Akins is an American author, philanthropist, and podcast host, best known as the wife of country music star Thomas Rhett. Born in Madison, Tennessee, she grew up with a deep sense of community and service. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2012 with a degree in nursing and initially pursued a career in healthcare before transitioning into full-time motherhood and humanitarian work.

Akins’ relationship with Thomas Rhett began in childhood, blossomed during their teenage years, and rekindled in adulthood. The couple married in 2012 and have four daughters: Willa Gray, Ada James, Lennon Love, and Lillie Carolina.
