Laura Sgroi is a trilingual, bicultural public speaker, certified coach, and holistic well-being and fertility advocate with over two decades of experience across the United States, Latin America, Canada, and Europe. As the author of "In Our Thirties" and the producer and host of the video podcast En Los Ta, Sgroi empowers women and men to pursue self-discovery, personal growth, and positive change. She has delivered transformative keynotes, workshops, and moderated panels for global corporations including Microsoft, Mastercard, Sony Music Entertainment, NBCUniversal Telemundo, GitLab, Nutanix, Chubb, and Vital Voices.
Before transitioning to coaching, Sgroi built a 20-year career in live events, TV production, and corporate communications, with credits including Ricky Martin, Guns N’ Roses, Univision, Billboard, and NAPTE. She is a natural fertility success story, often sharing her journey as a message of hope.
Sgroi holds an MA in Corporate Communications from Universitat de Barcelona and a coaching certificate from the University of Miami.
