Laura Barrón-López

Laura Barrón-López is a Mexican-American journalist and White House correspondent for MSNBC, recognized for her in-depth political reporting and coverage of power dynamics, policy debates, and democracy issues in Washington. Barrón-López covers topics such as judicial appointments, the White House's relationships with cabinet officials, and immigration enforcement incidents across the United States.

Earlier in her career, Barrón-López reported on energy and environment policy for The Hill and covered Congress for HuffPost, focusing on climate change, criminal justice reform, and coal miner pensions.
