Lakshmanan Chidambaram

Lakshmanan Chidambaram, known as CTL, is a technology and business transformation executive who serves as chief executive officer and managing director of Bristlecone, a leading supply chain services provider and Mahindra Group company. Chidambaram has more than three decades of experience in global technology services and business transformation, with a career focused on growth, innovation, and operational excellence across major IT services organizations.

Before his current role, Chidambaram was president of Tech Mahindra Americas, Strategic Vertical Business, where he led one of the company's largest business units and managed strategy, innovation, and expansion across key industry sectors. He has held leadership positions in global technology and consulting firms, with experience spanning industries such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, and retail. At Syntel, Chidambaram led sales across verticals including banking, financial services and insurance, healthcare, retail, travel, logistics, automotive, and manufacturing. At HCL, he managed operations for HCL Frontline in South India.

In addition to his responsibilities at Bristlecone, Chidambaram serves as Americas head for the Mahindra Group, focusing on brand presence and business expansion in the region, and is a member of the Mahindra Group Executive Board. He also serves on the board of the US-India Business Council and is a member of the WSJ CEO Council. Chidambaram has participated in global leadership forums, including the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos.

Chidambaram completed Mahindra's 18-month leadership program, conducted in partnership with IMD Lausanne, Yale School of Management, and Mahindra Learning University. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School. His expertise in supply chain transformation, digital innovation, and global business strategy positions him as a prominent voice in the technology and supply chain industry.
