Kymberli Speight

Kymberli Speight is a keynote speaker, author, executive coach, and Air Force veteran with experience in military service, corporate leadership, and professional development. Speight graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in general engineering, focusing on management. She served five years on active duty and six years in the Air Force reserves. Early in her career, Speight was responsible for the procurement of the McDonnell Douglas F-15E fighter jet, managing nearly $1 billion of the Air Force budget. She has also completed parachute jumps and soloed in an aircraft, demonstrating a commitment to bold action.

Following her military service, Speight transitioned to the private sector, working as an executive recruiter in the life science and healthcare industries and supporting client services at Catapult Health, a start-up company, with initial staffing and training. Her focus on professional development led her to coaching and speaking, where she facilitates the Executive Transition Assistance Program at Air Force bases across the United States. Speight teaches leaders, including vice presidents, CEOs, and senior military officials, how to build effective professional relationships and navigate career transitions.

Speight is the author of "I Need To Know You: How to Meet Ordinary Extraordinary People and Improve Your Life," which details her experience meeting 100 people in 100 days. The book offers networking strategies based on her interactions and research, emphasizing communication skills and relationship-building for professionals.

Speight has served as president of the National Speakers Association-Austin Chapter and as a regional leader for NSA National. She holds a master's-level certification in the Reach personal branding process and additional certifications in executive coaching, career coaching, and conversational intelligence. Speight has served on the boards of Chadwick's and Encore Repair. Known as "The Architect for Growth," she demonstrates that authentic relationship-building is a skill that can be learned and applied to enhance careers and personal lives.
