Kyla Cofer

Kyla Cofer is a certified leadership coach, keynote speaker, and podcast host whose work centers on personal development and professional growth. Cofer holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services from John Brown University and is certified as a coach through the Life Purpose Institute. She has launched multiple nonprofits and businesses, dedicating nearly two decades to justice through volunteering, donating, and advocacy. Her experience includes serving on the founding board of the Nashville nonprofit People Loving Nashville and supporting small business owners as a legal secretary and bookkeeper.

Cofer is the creator of both the "Leadership School Podcast" and "Podcaster School." The "Leadership School Podcast" features weekly conversations with leadership experts, offering listeners stories, tools, and guidance on becoming strong, emotionally intelligent leaders. The show includes diverse voices and discussions on conflict resolution, diversity, equity and inclusion, and the psychology of leadership.
