Kristy Fercho

Kristy Fercho is a senior executive vice president and head of Financial Inclusion at Wells Fargo, where she leads initiatives focused on educating, empowering, and equipping customers, clients, employees, and partners to manage finances, build assets, and grow wealth. As a member of the Wells Fargo Operating Committee, Fercho has contributed to integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into the company's business strategy, overseeing outreach to underserved communities and guiding the development of products and services that support financial access and opportunity.

Fercho's career includes leadership roles at major financial institutions, such as serving as president of the mortgage division at Flagstar Bank and holding positions at Fannie Mae, where she led strategy and business performance for single-family customers. Earlier in her career, she worked in sales, operations, and human resources at Baxter International and PepsiCo. Her expertise in home lending and financial inclusion is demonstrated by her tenure as chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association and her leadership of the Affordable Housing working group for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency REACh initiative.
