Snyder’s second book, "The Beauty Detox Foods" (Harlequin, 2013), debuted as No. 2 on the New York Times bestseller list, and as the top selling health, diet and nutrition book in the country.

"The Beauty Detox Solution" (Harlequin), was published in 2011 and has been on the bestseller list for Barnes & Noble for over 100 weeks, and is currently in its fourth printing and is also published in Australia, United Kingdom, China and Taiwan.

It has drawn praise from, experts, celebrities and press including Dr. Mehmet Oz, Drew Barrymore, Fergie, Hilary Duff, InStyle, Vogue, Elle, and many other publications. Snyder was recently named by Vogue as one of the “top results-oriented nutritionists.”

After graduating magna cum laude from Georgetown University, Snyder didn’t choose an ordinary path. Instead, she embarked on a three-year solo journey spanning over 50 countries and six continents, exposing her to a wide range of health and beauty modalities and approaches from different cultures.

Snyder’s work as a clinical nutritionist is rooted in a holistic approach that works to heal the body from the cellular level up, increase energy, and achieve overall balance and beauty naturally. Her main protocols include increasing the body’s alkalinity, consuming an individualized diet largely consisting of natural foods, increasing efficient digestion, and intelligent, guided and ongoing cleansing. She is also an avid yoga practitioner.
